‘Mid-Day Meals Are Not Being Provided’

Q: Since the schools have reopened, have there been any changes in the teaching-learning method?

Block Education Officer (BEO): Students are being promoted to the next class. However, in the initial three months of the next academic session, students will be taught from the textbooks of the previous class. This catch-up course will run from April to June. You can also call it remedial classes.

Q: Have schools started giving mid-day meals (MDM)?

BEO: MDM is not being provided as of now. Instead, we have been instructed to give ration to students.
